3rd Letter to the American People
December 19, 2020
My Fellow Americans,
I’m pleased to find that much of what I have written online has been generally received with so much favor by so many, whose sentiments, and thoughts I have also had the opportunity to know. If any of you could view my soul you would see a happiness rooted firmly in your own interests and a willingness to stand against any insult or injury offered against you, for those who stand against you stand myself.
I understand that my concerns for the Rights of Americans are aligned with your own, and in a fear that those rights have left us, I can more conveniently withstand that assault much more so than many of you: But while the Lord still places his blessings upon me, that sacred blessing which provides me with a free life, permits my mind to work, my mouth to speak and my hands to write, I will show my gratefulness for those blessings as to never be silent or show inactivity for right now any such acts may act as implied consent to the awful wrong that has been placed upon us.
I am sorry in knowing that there is a whole swath of people who look to these words, and your own and shake their heads and wonder what our meaning is. Some say, “The government is too powerful to stand against in hopes of reform; they will oppress us no matter what; it is pointless to speak out against the fraud; the courts are against us; the corporate media has silenced our voices; the Senate never get’s anything done; If we protest and those protests turn into riots or street battles with Antifa it will only give the media a chance to malign us further.”
What people like that really offer our movement? What do their grave observations intend other than to say we should forgo our Liberty, submit humbly to the Progressive Framework, and place ourselves at their mercies.
Are these people not aware that if we do not oppose these measures and fraudulent acts early and often, with unified strength and resilience that they will become unstoppable? Do they condemn our future and our children to illegal elections with rules passed in the dark of night by governors and officials outside and apart from elected Legislatures? Should we now, instead of acting as we are, trust those in the positions of power when they tell us our very eyes deceive us? What would our founders say to this? If it is needless “to speak of rights” now, then it was equally as needless in their time. Or, if it was righteous and just then, and successful; it is equally righteous and just now, if our rights are equally trampled, and may be just as successful. It is now well established that “Our rights are trampled.” To even talk of “defending” rights portends that a breach has occurred and that, perhaps, that they have been “trampled”. That we are well beyond. But how a group goes about defending those rights is a question that must now be addressed, for there are always several avenues in which a people may take to reach journey’s end.
I will now explain to you all my meaning with these letters. They are written to convince the American people that they are at this very moment in time exposed to great danger; and to persuade them that they must, without delay, pursue with the most vigorous singlemindedness remedy, redress, and relief from these usurpations of their rights.
For now, I say that the path must be dignified and without friction or physicality in the raw. We ought to attempt to maintain, in a manner suitable to a people whose aims fall within the Constitution, to remain modest, brave, forthright and oriented on the task at hand: Liberty.
We must remember the bravery and prudence of those Patriots who came before us, for such an incredible and insightful people may never have existed before them. Inspired by their memory and bound by the soul of human decency, we must now reject the current battle calls that go out and work to incite and enrage those amongst us who would strike out with arms.
I hope, my fellow Americans, that for now you will be guarded against those who may attempt to rouse your spirits, playing on your patriotism, to strike out at your fellow countrymen. We are not yet organized for such actions to prevail. Any level of disorder and direct action should harm our cause and cause calamity to befall our movement before it has yet taken root. I pray to GOD that for each of you, you are able to provide your best spirit in this fight and take with you the cause of Liberty every day and into every action, without thinking of destructive ends. Guided by such a spirit we cannot falter and will find ourselves a unified, organized and mobilized force in which our voices cannot be ignored, and our pleading denied. We must remember it is the love our Constitutional principles that we remain true and that which separates us from those malignant bodies which seek to subject us to servitude.
No government has ever been free from fault nor can we say any individual has never violated another. We must venture to dissolve only those bindings which bring us in to contact with malignant core and its appendages. For cutting out a part must be our initial aim if we are to secure small wins through this organizations in which we so require. If the mistake can be corrected, then our passions may subside, and our true north found once more. As our voices are our current duty, it is the duty of those elected to rectify the mistake, though I understand fully that time is short and the emergency pressing. If their attempts are disregarded or found wanting, then the kind of opposition in which have spoken against may find its way into a future conversation as the calling of men to arms is never to be taken lightly. For as our forefathers knew through experience, milder measures must fail before harsher ones are acceptable in their implementation.
If we find that there is no question that we should see no resolution and that the total destruction of our liberties at the hands of those who govern us occur, history affords us frequent and acceptable examples of resistance by force. But what those circumstances may be we do not yet know and therefore the case to justify such resistance cannot be made until such a time that those circumstances arise. The point is to say that in general, a people must never take such actions, nor are those actions justifiable, until a people are convinced that any further submission will be destructive to their rights.
When the appeal is made to the gun, the punishment will almost universally exceed the offense; and the ruinous affects of war may outweigh those which preceded it. These are the brave and prudent measures our forefathers took, and we should look to their example as to how we proceed.
And furthermore, we must consider that when speaking of resistance in the case of citizens against their own nation, it is extremely different from the resistance of a people against a foreign invader or even a despot ruler. Despots may be thrown out and people may struggle via any means to remove a foreign invader, much as the brave Polish citizens did in the late 1930’s and early 1940’s. But if we are to separate ourselves from our own federal government and those malignant states and corporations which seek to subvert us, we are seeking to separate our own families, upon which death and ruin will come. And once separated, what new form of government shall we adopt? And shall we attempt free and open trade and harmonious existence with those from whom we just separated having established our own nation? Should they not yet again attempt to subjugate us through trade, policy and covert practices? If this is to happen, we will bleed from every vein and every citizen of this nation will face pain. In truth – the current prosperity of our states is founded in the interdependence of each upon the other. We must also consider the ability of foreign governments to intervene in nations at civil war, especially one in that is home to thousands of weapons of mass destruction. No nation on earth would stand idle as a people tore themselves at the seams when it threatened the very existence of the planet.
With this it must be understood that caution in these disputes must be used. Anger begets anger and differences that we have with the malignant states in culture or behavior may be put aside at this time. If Californians wish to practice a culture awash with hedonism, then it is not our place to impose upon them. However, we must work with the strongest affinity for laws and regulation that prevents them from exporting such practices and influencing our states and counties with their poison. We must be able to manage the propaganda arm of media that places our hearths and homes at risk and our children at the whims of a monstrous culture awash with filth.
Do not think I am trying to sway you from the fight. Quite the contrary, however, we must be organized, and that organization is not something we now have. I am calling for those like President Trump, General Flynn, Senator Rand Paul, Sidney Powell, Col. Patrick Lang, Richard Grenell, and the other great minds amongst us to convene and form a new Party. That 75 million Americans support this venture and that an organization built anew, rooted in the Constitution and carried by so many patriots cannot possibly falter.
The remaining constitutional modes of obtaining relief are those which I wish to see pursued, for even as we speak Lin Wood has a Supreme Court case that is alive and well. We are waiting for the Congress to convene and support the alternate electors which we are sending at this very moment. Hearings on Dominion and fraud are still occurring, for this very day the Senate held one related to CISA and election irregularities. While we are yet to be provided relief, we must with all good intention see them through to the end and not leave anyone the chance to say we did not fight this with every ounce of Constitutional principle.
We have a prominent nation, one whose people are generally humane to one another, and who live productively together. So, it is together that we must stand against these election abuses and usurpation of our rights. It is together that we must carry the Torch of Liberty to the steps of every capital until our voices dominate the halls.
If, however, it shall happen, by an unfortunate course of affairs, that our constant calling for redress fall upon deaf ears, let us then take another step, by withholding from the government that which they are so used to receiving from us. Then let us show we are united in a single spirit, in a single cause, as a single people. We will go to our daily taskings, work, play, love our families and raise our kids and continue to organize amongst one another this new foundation upon which we intend our posterity to stand. And above all, let us rejoice in the protections of God Almighty as a Liberty loving people who are subservient to none and equal among all.
