4th Letter to the American People
January 12, 2021
My dearest American friends,
I have taken time to observe the PURPOSES for which the media backers of the Malignant States have moved to censor so many. I shall now offer to you, in hopes that you consider my thoughts, a bit more on the subject: And, unless I am blinded by Patriotism or greatly mistaken, if the purposes to which these forces are accomplished according to the expressed intention of censorious regimes of the past, they will be found to supersede any authority in our nation, which is essential to liberty. The question is not whether selective pruning must occur – For the saw has already taken to root; the oak must be lain to ground.
No nation of people has ever existed, nor can they ever exist, without the common ability to free speech devoid of a censorious Politburo. Where censoring occurs, nations have placed strictly defined and narrowly limited guiderails which are in place to prevent “a clear and present danger”. The most common example is Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.’s “Fire in a crowded theater”. These limits have been placed and have not been much challenged by society at large. But where such power is not limited and deference not left to the people, oppression proceeds upon its uncontrolled course, until those underfoot, left silently enraged, seek redress through bloodshed and marked terror.
It must be known that no Politburo, be it one in government or a collective of social media masters, is so enlightened as to moderate the free speech of mankind to their own liking and do so successfully. They may attempt to do so, but it will be with the boot upon the neck of the citizenry. Our leaders are too ignorant, too much involved in the business of power consolidation and fiduciary berserking to rightly PROTECT THE PEOPLE and BY MOVING TO CENSOR MILLIONS have regularly and without merit placed free speech on the chopping block.
Thus, those who came before us, through divine intervention were given to the notion that free speech is one of the foundations of liberty.
The history of the world abounds with instances, proving that this is the proper and successful way to obtain redress to a grievance, the people moving to petition an amenable government what levels of free speech are acceptable. And we have seen in our nation, as in others, that when government is not amenable to the will of the people, redress happens by other means. Therefore, government is responsible to the people – AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. How often in the course of history have Kings and Czars moved to silence an unruly mob, a crazed town crier, or a simple journalist who writes what may bring shame to those who tried to cover a crime. How often have our own governments sought to silence those who would speak against them. And now, how true it has become that powerful Titans of Business and Industry, backed by a UNCONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT, have closed the town square to any who would oppose their aims or ambitions.
The inhabitants of this nation, of the states who abide the Constitution, have been unwillingly subjected to censorious acts, banning from social discourse, and placed in the sights of government.
It has been for some time a constant call by many that the monopolistic nature of these utilities be divided and returned to the people through any number of means: A repeal of section 230, an inability to censor or ban without multiple evidentiary warnings of having broken community guidelines, a true account of the nature of the algorithms that promote or bury topics or trends, or consequence for those platform leaders that lied under oath among others.
The millions maligned and de-platformed know how very little they are regarded by those who hold these powers, and having no further method of engaging their silencers, have began the search for new platforms that host free speech. Those who rule are generally of the mind that their own actions are just, and they tend to lay praise upon themselves for the “progressive” steps they take to silence detractors. In silencing millions, they have moved with err and are destructive to the very foundations of our civilization. The individual protests by those who have been unpersoned are without weight and cannot be carried to the ears of those who control the Politburo that has so aligned itself with the progressive party. But as is the nature of power united among so few they cannot understand any reason given by those who oppose their power and desires. To be clear, the Politburo’s INTEREST in understanding these reasons does not exist, for to attempt to understand another point of view runs contrary to the very nature of censorship.
The foundational purposes for which our State and National governments have been created are limited, this is true: First – the common defense; Secondly – the administration of justice as defined by law; And thirdly – the support of the common good.
And we are being told now that censorship is in the common good. That the tech tyrants at large now seek to silence one half of the nation for the betterment of the whole. The purpose pure and true to our foundations. The Politburo has spoken. But how convenient it must be for such an insulated few to place rags in the mouths of millions so that unity may be had. Perhaps the next step is to truly unperson each of those who choose resistance over silence. Perhaps the whole of society itself must one day be silenced to allow those with which power rests to feel confident in their actions and aims. But properly, that is no society at all nor is that leadership, just as now we see the silencing of one half of a nation is nothing less than grand tyranny in its earliest stages.
If we are to be silenced by the Politburo, without our consent, for our own common good, those who are judging which speech is safe and which is harmful must also be divinely inspired. For no man or insulated group could carry out or design such a system without the help of the almighty. Or is it that this group deems themselves THE ALMIGHTY and strikes back at traditional notions of a God outside of themselves. And this must be so for Billionaires and Government Leaders no longer take stock in God Almighty nor do they revere anything other than the consolidation of power. So, I suspect the common good which they seek is their own and not that of our Constitutional Society which was, in fact, created by divine intervention.
How fruitless is it to shout into the abyss? The judges of men are now on earth and the ability to disconnect, malign and unperson, clamor that the everyman is destructive to his own ends and must be silenced for society’s sake is what they now view as their charge. They act upon this with little thought to the future or the destructive ends to which these actions lead, the chief danger not yet revealed. I shall outline this below.
The chief danger to the citizenry is that we have reached a point where the laws of life and death regulated by government are now greatly influenced by those who judge us as unpersons for our thought, speech, and beliefs, and who publicly malign us by name. For this is the true danger. And that, overtime, those who would police us or make up a standing army have been subjected to only one half of a national narrative making for the most extreme form of propaganda. Their minds will be saturated with falsehoods that half the citizenry are dangerous racists, insurrectionists, and terrorists. The government and the Technological Politburo will preach prejudices, be backed by the most advanced force of arms the world has ever seen, supported by our own taxes, and in carrying out our unpersoning will trumpet that it is for our own societal good.
So, it must be seen the greatest danger is not today but is with tomorrows generation who will be ignorant of anything other than the approved narrative. It is with this consideration that we must recognize the dangers of censorship, of monopolistic mindsets and of the Politburo now bred-in-the-bone with the beltway aristocracy. Supposing that this is the way forward, that no power once consolidated is ever relinquished, how fatally must we look upon the future principles of liberty. Within a few short generations they are to be sapped and discarded as remnants of a forgotten past not aligned with modern narrative.
Cheerfully now, all whose belief lies in liberty and free speech must join me, you brave souls who have shown no disdain for sacrifice for your nation’s land, must now on every occasion vindicate the constitution and regard the narrative as nothing less than destructive shot from the cannons of the Politburo’s field piece. Together we move forward, our voices united – even if unheard.
