The national and international ruling class, coalescing around the statements of “Build Back Better”1, “COVID Emergency”2, and “Climate Emergency”3 intend to make the free people of this nation, and true the people of the world, a dependent peasantry by destroying the independent nature of man, and at present their chief objective is to agitate individuals towards prosecution. For myself, I am not going to discuss here any abstract forms in an effort to sway you. For most any whose dwelling is anything but under a rock, their minds are made up. I will always be willing to discuss, as one should always be willing to discuss as a matter of practicality, any thing of note or weight, the effects upon our homes, our society, our religious institutions, our businesses, and our political frameworks, and ascertain how they should hold up or crumble under the current course set by these members of the Ruling Class.
At present there is significant talk about “taking back government” and “secession” from the Union. I have heard the likes of the former Chair of the Texas GOP, Col. Allen West suggest that “law abiding states” should “form a Union”4. This talk of taking apart the union has been amplified by a poll which suggests “Over 50% of Trump Voters Want To Secede, And 41% of Democrats Agree It’s Time To Split The Country.”5 If this is true, that these fifty-percent-plus of Trump voters want to take government from unjust and un-serving hands, and place it in to the hands of those just individuals who are willing to serve the people, then few should be opposed to the idea in principle. I certainly am not, In Principle. That their intention is to have for themselves a government that services the needs of the people in a just and faithful manner is the true want of every individual across the globe, no matter what form of government they subcribe to ideologically.
As for myself, I am always for the legal right of any people anywhere to secede, however, I do not view our current circumstances as necessitating the prescription of secession. Because I am likely in the middle of this argument between those in favor and those against, as I am for the right in principle, but against the matter at this time, I think my thoughts may be pertinent and fair to all parties involved.
I seek now to understand what guarantees can be given, that when these Trump voters have government in their own possession, in all its expansive forms, its numerous bureaucratic agencies of dubious report, its weapons and armaments of war, its databases and networks of surveillance, even if we submit quietly to the peaceful mode of secession in which they call for, that they will not again plunder the pockets of the everyman with taxes; that they will not fall prey to the schemes of international banking and globalists organizations; that they will not bankrupt generations with ungodly and irresponsible government waste and spending; that they will not place the continuity of this new government before the rights of the individual as our current system does; that they will not venture into foreign wars of folly at the behest of militaristic economies and industry?
What guarantee will we have that you will not create some new bank, and concentrate within it the finances of the people, where already millions suffer nationally under systems whose established form is so corrupted that no excision could render it recognizable? Still, what guarantee do we have that the tyranny of Executive actions at the whim of some feeble-minded leader are not our future under your system should such a person come to power? And what of the unconstitutional mandates which today seek to coerce medical treatment onto the entire nation under the guise of health guidance? Are movement passports a part of the prescription should the wrong type of voter seek to move to your new nation? Should Californians be banned from settling if they seek to vote in ways contrary to your own? Or perhaps their own voting rights delayed for several years until they have assimilated to the population in an attempt to prevent the voting folly from which they escaped?
I can no more rely on the voters of Trump when they have power than I can on the voters of Biden. Pledges have consistently been broken under each regime. As I am disposed to see Constitutional Order, Narrow Federalism, and Jeffersonian Principles restored as soon as possible, I can not now seek to break the Union for supporting secession along electoral lines of a man who continued unconscionable spending6, turned to Blackrock officials7 for so much advice and guidance, failed to secure our Elections8, and failed to remove health tyrants9 from their posts when their malignant political nature was shown so readily and often.
If we never see our government righted, I should not be happy. But should we see it torn apart for those discontented populists whose leader (whom I voted for twice) failed to deliver on so much of what was promised, I should not be happy either.
We, Traditional Americans, are not keen on seeing the Union dissolved at this time, though, we believe in the right to dissolve the Union at once should cause and injury dictate necessity. Many have pointed to the 2020 election as having been stolen, and I too agree10, that nothing about election night and the early hours of the next morning were normal11 12. My own thoughts and postings13 have and will remain that the election was stolen14. From this I will never move. And I too agree that full forensic audits were and are needed for all 50 states, especially those in question that stopped counting in the middle of the night. But at this point, nearly 11 months to the day of the Nov. 2020 election we have one audit complete15. Are we to wait 49 more years before we are satisfied? Or should secession occur without the audits having been completed?
Auditing all 50 states has been a vocal requirement16 that will not be met, nor can it be in time to successfully beat back the Ruling Class onslaught into our hearths and homes. For if we are to wait 50 years for all audits to be complete, we will certainly expire in ruin. And if we secede now, having only completed one, we will have false started before our own ability to organize is realized.
The United States is a vast land, stretching across the finest soil, exhibiting a variety of the best climates, whose hearty ground produces some of the world’s finest products, and whose shores and rivers provide ample bounty and navigation. Through the very heart of our nation runs the Mighty Mississippi, a river so grand and expansive that perhaps no other in the world moves so much trade as this watershed17. How then should this river in its boundaries be split should secession come to pass? Does the interior of the nation make claim to its headwaters, banks, tributaries, and delta? Or is it to be partitioned among that States who choose to leave and those who choose to stay? What of Illinois, a Biden voting State that borders the Mississippi?18 Are they to have access or be cut off from its waters? And what of Minnesota, where the headwaters of the Mississippi River reside?19 This, a Biden voting state, has the ability to limit, alter, or suspend the rivers flow should other states threaten their population with talks of secession, economic reprisal, or war. Is this consideration yet made by those who wish secession at present? Or are many shouting for something they have yet to consider fully? We are a people bonded by nature herself, and yet have not given such measure any consideration. Secession now is a failed experiment which weakens any future action that services the rights of Liberty and Man. Only a people who have fully considered such a course, and taken all measures short of secession, should move to leave a long-standing Union. And we are not yet those people.
What of State governments? Are we simply to fall back on those structures already in place within the States and reform Union among those who choose secession? Are some of your own State Senators20 and Legislators21 not beholden to the very special interests that so corrupt our Federal Senators and Representatives? Are we saying that the Federal monied interests are the problem and not those that reside within our own State’s22 and seek to undermine our own vote so much closer to home?
The same powerful monied interests that flood Washington, flood each and every one of our State Capitals23. Is the extent different? Sure, this I cede to you. But the power players have no interest in losing the consideration of government just because States retain power as opposed to a nationally centralized government. Walmart is the largest employer24 in many of those states who would wish to secede, should these Trump voters have their way. Is that the corporate representative you wish to have at the helm of this new Union among States should they secede? They are known for their $282Million bribery Scandal in Mexico, or have we already forgotten such political bribery?25 Or are we more apt to be taken further advantage of by an attempt to split when we are not yet organized politically? Are these corporate entities to be thrown out entirely to keep them from having the ear of government? If so, who, what, and how do we replace those millions of jobs? Has consideration been given? Again, I suspect not!
Nationally we have a population near some 350 million citizens and yet only 66% of those citizens over the age of 18 voted in the last election26 (if we are to believe the totals). That being the case, this would be the larger of the two considerations. If we believe that the tyrant Biden got far less, then it must be said that the overall percentage of voting population is likely much lower than 66%. Have we worked to turn these 30% or so of eligible voters who did not turn out into Conservatives who are active and participatory? I know of one who is, Mr. Presler27, but of how many others I cannot say.
We are a strong people, capable of uniting under the banner of America should we so choose as opposed to the banner of Secession. Fiscal Conservatives, Religious Conservatives, Social Conservatives, America First Populists, MAGA Voters, Libertarians, Disaffected Republicans, Independents, and even some Democrats (as evidenced by the recent recall election in California though it failed) are all searching for a uniting banner to march under, to move the pulse of the nation, and to provide an agenda driven path forward. Organization is what does this. For if we cannot organize to bring one and all together, there is no chance of secession. And if we can organize to bring one and all together, there is no need for secession, for with 100million Americans united nothing is impossible. We can take back the reins of government through the vote, insulating our communities from the bottom up. Local elections, City, County, and State are the first line to be taken. And can be should we organize.
But secession now, as an unorganized group of distraught and disaffected individuals is nothing more than thrashing at a hurricane. The storm the federal government will bring down on individuals is unrelenting28, and unified in force29. People shout about their Second Amendment and how they are not afraid of tyranny but let me be clear. No government is afraid of unorganized individuals regardless of what weapons they wield. They will be picked off one by one, charged with domestic terrorism, made an example of, and hauled off. Such happened to completely unarmed Capital Protestors on January 6th.30 Such boasting of arms and willingness to kill neighbors is fool hardy at best, and the revelation of a nominal psychosis at worst. Everyone can make the effort to join and aid political efforts locally to begin taking back any and all seats up for reelection. There is no ability to rig every single election nationwide. Many of these races can be won, should we be willing to put in the leg work to elect the right candidate. That “right candidate” being someone beholden to the voters and not the monied interests, party, or self interest that corrupts so many we see in office today.
And what of the people who voted for Trump but live within blue states? What of them? Are we to accept them as refugee’s should they come streaming in? Or are we to take on daring raids into enemy territory to free them should the remaining federal government crackdown on Trump voters in non-secession states? Doubtful in either case, I would say. I have no animosity towards the voters of California that voted Trump. I have no animosity towards the voters in New York that did the same. Would the actions of those who reside in Trump states antagonize and threaten the existence of those voters who do not reside in Trump aligned states when secession occurs? I should think they would. And sentencing them to a life of imprisonment or worse is a consideration that must be made by those clamoring for a poorly considered secession. In New York (a Biden State) alone there reside some 3.2 million Trump voters31, more than the total number of Trump voters in Iowa32, Kansas33, Mississippi34, Nebraska35, North Dakota36, and South Dakota37 combined. And these Trump voters in New York State occupy a land area seven times smaller than the collective area occupied by these other 3 million Trump voters in various states. Are we to say that such a dense network of Trump voters are on their own when it comes to secession and are to take their chances under whatever plays out because they didn’t reside in states that voted Trump electorally? This current play for secession is inherently weakened when we attempt to split along electoral (Trump voting) lines, as so many Trump voters reside, have their families, their businesses, their places of worship within States that didn’t provide President Trump electoral votes.
I have no words to disparage a group of people who have made their lives and homes in a state that didn’t vote for Trump in 2020 (though I continue to recognize the lack of transparency in the last election), and don’t wish to make their lives any worse through secession. There are none greater on this earth than the Traditional American, regardless of where they reside and for whom their states 2020 electoral votes were cast. From this I will never bend. And for this reason, I cannot abandon them by cutting now to Electoral lines when we have failed to even begin to organize for ourselves in a purposeful, agenda driven way. You will find no greater advocate for State’s Rights than myself.38 39 But you will also find no one more earnest for thoughtful organization to remedy our current situation. I am unwilling to follow a trumpeting cry of folly when few are marching in the same direction, and no agenda yet exists. An unorganized people are no match for the Ruling Class in its current form. Should we organize 100million strong, then perhaps I could offer a different message. But at present secession is a fool’s errand. A nation united under Jeffersonian Principles is our clearest path forward and perhaps only way to avert the globalist hegemony that will soon be our ruin. Taking back your local and State governments is the path forward, and all must move in lockstep towards this goal.
No sane Administration makes war on its own people, and no sane people make war on their own government when so many measures are still on the table yet to be exhausted. Without firing a round, without the battle cry of secession, this nation has a united path forward. Secession now would plunge this nation headlong into an accelerated version of the dystopian nightmare the Ruling Class has in store for us and is laying out day by day. But until we organize ourselves as one nationwide political unit capable of winning elections, providing a clear and unified agenda, and holding our representatives accountable we will walk the dystopian40 path little by little, day by day.
The greatest strength of the Traditional American arises from the harmony of our familial bonds, religious & social institutions, and constitutional beliefs. This harmony provides for us a framework of what is best in society, perhaps the very best anywhere in the world, and a level of political freedom unmatched anywhere should we so choose to exercise it as a battering ram to tyranny. No people can match the might of 100million Americans all moving in the same political direction. But in the same direction we are yet to move. An agenda must be drawn up by a mixed group of American leaders such as Gov. Ron DeSantis, Sen. Rand Paul, Sen. Ted Cruz, Sen. Tim Scott, Former Speaker Newt Gingrich, State Senator Wendy Rogers, Former Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Candidate Joe Kent, Tea Party Co-founder Michael Johns, Ben Shapiro, Dennis Prager, Larry Elder, and a variety of others who are not bound to the will of the Ruling Class. That some of these names should be excluded, and others included is up for debate. But that you and I can not form such a document is quite so. Coming from you and I it is a manifesto requiring crackdown. Coming from such leaders it is an Agenda for change based upon unyielding principles that define our direction. It is up to our leadership to understand that there is no better time than now to unite the various factions of Traditional Americans against the Ruling Class so that we may, in an organized political manner, take back this country and rights its course.
Right now, the Ruling Class is looking to expand what they consider the mud-sill of society to the entirety of what was once the middle class. They will do all in their power to make you dependent, take from you your vigor, intellect, and your own industry. They are attempting to place you into docile servitude from which you nor your children will ever hope to escape. They view you as unrefined, uneducated, and poor decision makers requiring the “thoughtful” hand and guidance of mother government. They are in their daily efforts working to place you into a position of inferiority, making you less productive, less aligned with your American values, and less unified so that when they swing their hammer there is no resistance. You simply fall beneath its blow.
Now is the time to unify politically. Now is the time to join a local organization that will work to win local races. Now is the time to reach out to those leaders in your towns and communities whose word you can trust and whose vision aligns with Liberty. And now is the time, if none exists, to put forth a candidate who can carry the message of Liberty so that when the Americans we choose finally begin to win race after race our voices unify with such indomitable force that not even our “vaunted” Ruling Class will have the means to put out the fire of Liberty which our efforts and organization will have stoked into a brilliant blaze. Organization, not secession, is the key to saving this nation from the Ruling Class. And organize we must!
I will finish with a quote from the well-respected Lt. Col. Max Morton41 who in an American Greatness article most recently said “We can no longer sit in front of a screen and complain that the other side is not playing by a rulebook they discarded long ago, but to which we still irrationally cling. Instead we should determine what we stand for, what we want our future to look like and plot a course to that future – understanding, and anticipating, the resistance we will face along that path. Our road to victory starts when we can see that truth, join with our fellow like-minded citizens and face forward towards the eminent struggle ahead.”

A Jeffersonian Against Secession
I can guarantee that a red-state federation would be better than the US will be. That’s enough. I shouldn’t have to guarantee that the red-state federation will be good, or free from problems, or make you happy. That’s what heaven is for.
Minnesota does not have a place to put the water if it dammed its small tributary to the Mississippi watershed for more than a few minutes.
Illinois would be free to sail on the river. Dozens of countries around the world share watersheds. It’s OK.
State legislatures would improve if they acquired more power because voters would care for the first time.
You seem to think that uniting 100 million Americans when the fed gov is “unified in force” is easier than pressuring the Texas Legislature to obey will of Texas voters. I disagree. Once Texas votes, the other red states will have to choose between Texas or a union without Texas’ electoral votes. (see my substack)
Of course there will be migration of conservatives into the red states. Only North Korea prevents emigration.
I agree that state elections are very important now.
